The ordering process in brief

When you place an order with us, there are four steps to complete. First, select the products you'd like. Then, log in to your account or enter your name and address. Once you've entered all the information, you can choose which delivery service should deliver your package and any other options you'd like. Then, pay for your order, and it's complete. You'll immediately receive an order confirmation by email. If you order before 7:00 PM on weekdays and everything is in stock, we'll ship your package the same day. Please note that this can vary by delivery service, so read more about this on the delivery page.

How can I change or cancel my order?

As soon as you notice an error, go to "My Orders" in your account. Here you can cancel an order or change your address. Please note: if it's no longer possible to make the change, the order may already have been packed or shipped. You will receive an email confirmation shortly afterward. If your order is already on its way, you can return it within 60 days. You can do this through the returns portal.

If you don't have an account or would prefer to speak to a customer service representative, you can also request an address change or cancellation via the chat function on the left of the screen. Returns can only be made through the returns portal.

How can I track my order?

Once we've processed your order, you'll automatically receive an email at the address you provided with the Track & Trace number and a link for shipping.You can use this Track & Trace number to track your order on the website of one of our carriers.

When will I receive my order?

The actual delivery time for your order can vary between different couriers. If a courier is busier than usual, there may also be a delay. Therefore, we cannot provide an exact delivery date because we do not provide this service ourselves. However, we will ship your package as soon as possible. More information about this can be found below:

  • Order before 7:00 PM on a business day and are the items in stock? → We will ship the same day.
  • Order after 7:00 PM or on the weekend? → Your order will be shipped the next business day.

Can I also pick up my order myself?

No. Unfortunately, pickup is not possible.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What now?

Changing a delivery address is only possible with an account. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders." From there, go to the relevant order and change the address. If this is no longer possible, the order is already being processed or has just been shipped. If the package is already in transit, you can initiate a return procedure upon receipt.

Please note that some delivery partners allow you to change this once they have received the package. You will need an account with the partner in question to do this, and unfortunately, you will have to do this yourself.
