Receiving packages is always fun, right? We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Read all about our delivery options here, so you know exactly when to keep an eye on the doorbell.

Your order is on its way

When you place your order, you can choose which carrier will deliver your package. Want your package as quickly as possible? Order before 7:00 PM on a business day. We'll do our best to ship it the same day. Unfortunately, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. Don't want it delivered to your home? Choose a service point or parcel locker. Not every carrier offers this option, so check if it's available. Worried about the package not being delivered correctly or being susceptible to damage? Insure your package to ensure your product is undamaged.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive an email with Track & Trace information. You can track how long it will take for your package to arrive live via this page. Once your package arrives, we recommend checking the products and ensuring everything has arrived safely.

In most cases, your package will be delivered the next business day, even on Saturdays. Sometimes it can take a little longer, for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or during the busy holiday season. If this is the case, we will, of course, let you know as soon as possible. Therefore, please keep an eye on your email in case we need to contact you.

During the holidays, the delivery of your order may take a little longer than you're used to. Due to the high volume of orders we and our carriers are experiencing, there is a chance that shipments may be delayed.

When can I expect my order?

Delivery generally takes place the next business day, including Saturdays. The exact delivery time depends on the carrier:

  • DPD: Order before 7:00 PM on weekdays for same-day shipping.
  • DHL: Order before 7:00 PM on weekdays for same-day shipping.
  • PostNL: Order before 7:00 PM on weekdays for same-day shipping.
  • SmartFX: Local Hero. Order before midnight on weekdays for same-day shipping.
  • Bpost: Order before 7:00 PM on weekdays for same-day shipping.
  • TransMission: Large parcels. Order before 4:30 PM on weekdays for same-day shipping.

Please note: an estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If a product is out of stock or there is a delay (for example, during holidays), we will inform you as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

The costs depend on the chosen carrier:

  • DPD €4.95
  • DPD Large/Heavy €6.95
  • DHL €5.95 NL €6.95 BE
  • PostNL €5.95
  • TransMission Light €8.95
  • TransMission €10.95 NL €24.95 BE

Free for orders within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) and Belgium over €49, delivered to your home or parcel shop.*

For deliveries to the Wadden Islands, the shipping costs are €9.95. Prices may vary for large parcels, and our standard delivery terms and conditions do not apply. Consider packages over 150cm.

The shipping costs listed include VAT.

What happens if I am not home when the delivery takes place?

Each carrier handles this differently. The package is usually left with a neighbor or taken to a nearby parcel point. Consult the carrier's Track & Trace information for the most up-to-date status and the steps to take.

Possible options:

  • Package is delivered to a neighbor
  • Package is delivered to the agreed-upon location
  • Package is delivered to a parcel point
  • Package is offered again at a later time
  • Package is returned to sender

Note: If you give couriers "drop permission," it remains active until you revoke it. Packages are not insured and will not be replaced if lost.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel point?

Yes, when ordering, you can choose from various delivery services that deliver to a service point or locker. Your package will be delivered there the next business day. You then have 7 business days to collect it. Don't forget to collect it on time to avoid returns and incurring return costs.

Postal services that allow this are:

  • DPD
  • DHL
  • PostNL
  • Bpost

Some services also allow changes once the order is in their possession. Check the track and trace information to see if this applies. Please note that you usually need an account for this service.

Private Individuals

The following applies to private individuals: if you are not home at the time of the first delivery, DPD will deliver the package to the nearest parcel shop. There are two exceptions:

- If the package is too large, it will be delivered to you a second time. (The package is considered too large if its dimensions exceed: L100 x W50 x H50 or if the package weighs more than 20kg.

- If there is no parcel shop closer than 5km from the specified home address.

If you are not present for the second delivery, or if the package remains at the parcel shop for too long, it will be returned to us.

Re-delivery:


If you wish to receive the package again, we will charge additional shipping costs. This is because we have to pay the return shipping costs (€4.95) and a return penalty (€2.50).

If you would like to receive your package again, we kindly ask that you only pay the return penalty.

Credit:

If you do not wish to receive the package and would like a credit, we charge €4.95 for the return shipping costs, plus a €2.50 penalty that we incur for not collecting an order from the Parcel Shop.

Businesses

The following applies to businesses: If the package is sent to a business address, DPD will offer the package to you three times. If the package has not been delivered after four days, it will be returned.

Re-delivery:


If you wish to receive your order again, we charge additional shipping costs per package, as well as the return costs and return penalty per package. This is because we have to pay the return shipping costs, the new shipping costs, and the penalty for each package that was not collected from the Parcel Shop.

Cost per package: €4.95 (or €6.95 for packages 150cm or longer) for re-delivery, €2.50 return penalty, €4.95 return costs.

The total amount depends on the number of packages that need to be re-delivered.

If you do not wish to receive your order and would like a credit, we charge the shipping costs for sending your order, the return shipping costs, plus the return penalty for the non-collection. for an order from the parcel shop.

Cost per parcel: €4.95 (or €6.95 if the parcel is 150cm or longer) shipping costs, a €2.50 return fee, and a €4.95 return shipping fee.

Package delivered to your home address

If you place an order before 5:30 PM, it will be shipped the same day. Make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout so DHL can notify you when they receive the package and when the delivery driver will arrive. If delivery is scheduled, DHL will send you a notification stating the delivery driver's expected time. Is the scheduled delivery time inconvenient? Or would you prefer to pick up your package at a DHL ServicePoint or Parcel Locker? You can change the delivery time or location from the day before delivery. You can do this quickly and easily via track and trace or the My DHL app.

Missed the delivery driver?

Are you not home on the day of delivery? The delivery driver will try to leave your package with your neighbors. You will receive a yellow card in your mailbox. This card indicates where the package was dropped off in the street or which DHL ServicePoint you can pick it up at the next business day. Would you like to choose a different delivery time or location? Download the My DHL app or use the code on the yellow card to choose a different delivery option. You can change your delivery option on the day you receive the card.

Pick up your package

Is your package ready? You'll receive an email or message in the My DHL app. Your package will be held for you for seven calendar days. After that, it will be automatically returned to us. Please bring a valid ID when picking it up at a DHL ServicePoint.

Resend:

For private individuals, there are no additional costs for resending the package.

Businesses will be charged the shipping costs again.

Credit:

Private individuals are entitled to the full purchase price, including shipping costs.

Businesses will be charged €8.95 for shipping costs.

Large heavy packages (150cm+)

*If a product is ordered larger than 150cm, the free shipping amount will be higher than usual. This is because orders with an order value exceeding €150 in the Netherlands and €250 in the BE region.

PLEASE NOTE: If a package has unusual dimensions, such as 120cm or weighs more than 20kg, we may resend it to a different supplier who better handles these specifications. This also occurs when companies opt for consumer delivery, as deliveries may be scheduled outside office hours, which is undesirable. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
